CEO / CaptainAn experienced and hardworking captain, who has a long list of sea experience ranging from the coast of France’s north sea, the Mediterranean sea, Adriatic Sea and several other bodies of waters in Spain, Greece, Montenegro and Albania. Needless to say, Marek has an endless passion and love for charters…
He started his journey with boats in 2003 in the Netherlands. Sailing was an instant spark and it led him to continue to a professional standpoint in 2012 by passing the exam titled boat commander-operator. In the same year, Marek received proper training through the STCW regulations program in sea survival techniques, fire fighting, and first aid (which is refreshed every two years). In 2017, he was awarded the Maritime Radio Operator Certificate by the Royal Yachting Association. Furthermore, in 2018 Marek received the Inschor Power Yacht Skipper license from the International Sailing School Association and the Certificate of Competence of Motorboat skipper.
Just recently, he has been qualified to provide first-aid to assure safety of all passengers on board the yacht. With a strong connection to sailing and openness to meeting new people, he hopes to share his expertise and knowledge of Ibiza’s beauty with prospective adventurers. Whenever the opportunity arises to sail on the waters, Marek is joyfully awaiting the journey to begin providing a balanced dose of professionalism and humor. With a friendly smile, a helping hand and a positive outlook, Marek is ready to present you a Bright Side of Ibiza!

Jagoda holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Recreation, specializing in Outdoor Training, and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration. Her diverse professional journey includes roles such as a global Wind Farm Project Coordinator at Windtech 4U, a Manager and Reservation Agent at Puro Hotel in Poland, and even an Animator and Fitness Instructor in sunny Majorca.
But what truly sets Jagoda apart is her lifelong dream of living on an island, fueled by her grandfather’s tales of navigating the vast seas as a maritime Captain. During her studies, she indulged her passion for the ocean by choosing sailing as an elective. Acquiring a motorboat license sealed the deal, as Jagoda fell head over heels for the liberating world of sailing.
Jagoda is not just an agent; she’s a connoisseur of top-notch products and services. From her hotel management days to orchestrating global wind projects, she brings a wealth of experience in delivering excellence.
