How to make a reservation?
You can do it in several ways:
If you would like to reserve your chosen dates, a deposit of 700 EUR can be made to secure your dates. The method of payment can be done in the following ways:
- Bank transfer
- Mastercard, Maestro & Visa
- Cash – if you have the possibility to make a reservation directly in Ibiza 😉
Once we have received your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours. The remaining amount of the charter, along with fuel and any extra amenities is to be paid in cash or card on the morning of the charter.
How do last minute booking work?
You can pay it all in advance and immediately receive a confirmation of your booking. We prefer reservations in advance, but we can often accommodate last minute charters. You never know your luck so give us a call or email us and we will try our best to accommodate you!
Where will we go on our charter?
There is a wide variety of options. Our staff can help you figure out a plan for your day out on the waters. Many clients choose to go to Formentera via the island of Es Palmador, which is only accessible by boat. Discuss your needs with our staff and your skipper to work out the best places to go, ensuring that the wind and sea conditions are favorable at your preferred destinations.
What is included in the private boat charter?
This varies on the type of the charter you choose, ( half/full ) so please make sure to thoroughly read the descriptions and/or ask us before booking so we can assist you with your questions.
All types of charters includes:
- Skipper
- Complimentary drinks and snacks (Half day – 1 bottle of cava, half-filled fridge; full day 2 bottles of cava, full fridge )
- Towels
- Cleaning service
- Snorkels
- Paddle board
Not included or included for extra order:
- Fuel
- Extra service like private DJ, Bartender, Hostess
- Moorings
- Gratuities
This is very general information and may vary. We assure you that at Wind3p Charter Ibiza there are no hidden costs and we will make sure you know all the costs involved in making the booking.
How is the cost of fuel calculated?
There are two ways we calculate fuel costs.
- Our estimates are based on set routes and therefore will be the same each time.
- By calculating the number of hours the engines were running and how much fuel they burned per hour, using a meter.
If our trip is for 8 hours, do we have to pay fuel for those 8 hours?
No. Fuel charges are only accumulated when the engine is running.
How much fuel does my charter boat use?
Each round consumes different amounts of fuel. We will give you an estimate when you book your charter.
Can we bring our kids?
Of course! You are making a reservation for the whole boat – which means everyone can discover a boat trip, especially the youngest members of the family.
Are there unlimited free drinks on board?
We supply you with limited, complimentary drinks. If you would like to have more choices, talk to us about catering options before the start of your trip.
Can we bring our own food and drinks on board?
We allow clients to bring their own food and drinks on board, but it’s best to check in with us first.
Can we make special requests or get catering?
Absolutely! Talk with us about what you’d like to do and we’ll help you with any special events and catering.
Can we pay you extra for transfers from and to my hotel/villa?
Yes, let us know beforehand and we will be happy to arrange transfers for your group.
I have my own boat qualification. Can I captain during the charter?
Such a decision depends on the captain and will be made on an individual basis.
Can we play our own music on board?
Yes. All of our speakers have connections for your devices either by Bluetooth or an Aux cable.
We're celebrating a special occasion. Can you arrange something extra special i.e. champagne for extra charge?
100% and it would be our pleasure to help make your day extra special. Just talk to us and let’s put our heads together to create the ultimate celebration!
What if the weather is not on our side on our booked charter date?
Fingers crossed this won’t happen and it is very rare. However, if we are facing challenging weather we will always try to reschedule your day. If this is not possible then we will of course provide you with an option to postpone it for the next season.
Can we pay extra to extend our trip?
Yes we are flexible to extend a trip for your own preference. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements before the charter.
Should I tip a captain?
IT’S UP TO YOU 😉 If you enjoyed the atmosphere that we provided on board, you were satisfied with the route and the professionalism provided by the captain, then all arguments are pointing to YES ! If you think that the charter was unsuccessful, share your opinion with us at the end!
