This person and entity conducts the processing of personal data titled: Wind3p “We”, “us”, “our”, etc. used in the following privacy policy here in applies primarily to the sole proprietorship of Marek Piotr Zawalski, N.I.E. Y9979178K.

 

  1. Types of personal information we collect

According to the interpretation of the current applicable law, personal data is information that allows the direct identification or linkage of a specific consumer.

As part of the services we offer, we may collect the following data:

 

  • Name, home address, email address, phone number, and specific details from a passport or any other recognized document identity, credit/debit card details or other payment data;
  • Information about your preferences and special requests, and persons with whom one will carry out the voyage service. An example of such data includes information regarding the number of children on board – information used to prepare the appropriate sizes of life jackets;
  • Information regarding purchase of products and services that have been made through Wind3p Charter Ibiza;
  • Information about the use of our website and/or application. For this reason, we use computer programs such as analytical systems, e.g. Google Analytics;
  • Communication with the user or directed to us by the user via mail, e-mail, chat, social media and telephone;
  • Location, including the geolocation of the computer or device of the user in real time via GPS, Bluetooth and IP address, including crowdsourced data information about your location using Wi-Fi hotspot(s) and telecommunication towers, if the user enables or uses settings based on location sharing and turns on location services on the device or computer.

  • Provision of products and services requested by the user:

We use the information provided to us to issue services that a user can ask for in connection to their charter or another tourist service;

  • Customer Service in Communications: We utilize the user’s data to manage our professional relationship and care for our customers, to furthermore improve the quality of customer service, but also for access to obtaining information about changes in any parameter of the ordered service. An example of such a communication service may be a request to complete a survey after the voyage has ended or additional contact with the user to inform them about other possibilities related to the cruise, such as inquiry about a chemical toilet on board or to contact the user with an inquiry about the planned time of collecting the yacht from the port;
  • Providing Personalized Services: We use and collect user’s data to provide information that we believe may be of interest and value to the users before, during and after the purchasing of the service(s). An example of this service can include a reminder three days before the charter voyage, which the user will receive from us prior to the cruise departure in order to contact the Captain and arrange the exact time of taking the yacht. Furthermore, the message will contain the phone number of the Captain to ensure a direct contact;
  • Marketing: Sending of electronic messages and in justified situations, postal mail (e.g. holiday greeting cards). Emails have a particular method of marketing known as “newsletter”. The newsletter service is based on periodically delivering information regarding sailing or other similar content. Some messages will contain information about price promotions. Therefore, to use and receive our newsletter, it is necessary to agree and allow consent on receiving commercial information.   1. Implementation of Services without providing Personal Data

Implementation of a service in which it is necessary to sign and conclude a civil law contract (e.g. charter contract), it is not possible to complete such a service without the user providing data that includes one’s personal data, (directly identifying the person concluding and signing the contract) – name, surname, identity document details, address of residence.

 

  1. Processing of personal data – types of activities undertaken:
  • Consent for Processing Data for Marketing Purposes 

If the user gives consent, one will be eligible in receiving information from us, in which there are images and elements containing the Wind3p Charter Ibiza. This includes our website address, logo, etc. In other words, all of our communication branches include but are not limited to the usage of images and elements such as logos.
